Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette - The Dolce Vita

The Dolce Vita Luxury Palette by Charlotte Tilbury is this eyeshadow quad of these lovely brown shaded colors. When I was in London last week I made a visit to the Charlotte Tilbury counter in Harrods. I really like the counter in Harrods as it's usually less busier than the one in Selfridges. I've tried Charlotte's eyeshadows before and they are amazing. They come in awesome packaging and in a range of different colors. The Dolce Vita is a great palette with colors that really stand out. It's a really wearable palette too, and even those who like natural colors will like using this one. This was £38.00.

In the look I created I used all 4 colors together. I used the palest one as a base and as an under brow highlighter. I then applied the lightest brown on top of the base and applied the dark brown on top of that. The glittery brown I used to blend in the outer corners.

This can be really built up to create something very dramatic. I guess for those of you who like something more natural you could just lightly apply the paler two colors. Either way both looks would look fab, plus the texture is nice and velvety too.

Once on, the colors stay on all day and don't crease or fade. My favorite color out of the 3 is the glittery brown.

  2. These look nice on you :-D

I answered your question on my post about a doubler. I've had the advent calendar every year and a doubler is one that's been in a previous years! Last years was so bad, I had so many duplicates! :-O

  3. Lovely eyeshadow and a brand I really need to own. I do however find the prices a little high. Do you think it is worth it?

    1. Yeah I definitely think it's worth it. The quality is very good, nice smooth pigments and plenty of them. You can try cheaper products but they won't be as good as these. The cheaper eyeshadows I do think are quite good for the price are I Heart Makeup chocolate palettes, MUA and Makeup Revolution. Although their pigments are good they are not as good as the more expensive brands x
