Snow Fairy has to be one of Lush's most favorite scents. It comes out every year at Christmas as is always a best seller. After all, who doesn't love the amazing sweet scent of bubblegum. For Christmas, Santa brought me the Snow Fairy Gift Set, which came with 4 Snow Fairy goodies - Snow Fairy Shower Gel, Magic Wand Bubble Bar, Snow Fairy Body Conditioner and Snow Fairy Jelly Bomb.
Snow Fairy Jelly Bomb
The Jelly Bomb's from Lush are a fairly new product and are just like bath bombs but actually have jelly inside them. As soon as I dropped it into the water it started fizzing and foaming right away and gave out a very nice scent of Snow Fairy. At first the water went a cloudy grey with pink starting to appear. Halfway through, the pink began to foam out even more and in no time at all pink swirls started to appear in the water. As these do have the jelly in them the bath can be very slippery when getting in and do actually make the water feel like jelly.
Magic Wand Bubble Bar
This one is actually a reusable bubble bar. To use it, I held it under running water and just watched loads of Snow Fairy scented bubbles appear. I didn't have to hold it under for long to get loads of bubbles either, plus it also leaves a shimmer on the water.
Snow Fairy Shower Gel
This must be a Lush best seller as they bring it out every year and it also sells out too. I remember a few years ago they even released a 1L bottle of it. Great for those who love to hoard this stuff. I haven't even finished the bottle of it that I had. The one in this gift set is the small sized bottle, perfect for travel. Nothing beats the scent of Snow Fairy when having a shower.
Snow Fairy Body Conditioner
I'm not quite sure the correct way to use a body conditioner. Some use this in the shower, I prefer to use it as a body lotion as it makes my skin smell just like Snow Fairy.
I just love this gift set and have enjoyed using the products in it. This is perfect for anyone who loves Snow Fairy.

Sweet Scents From I Love
I've seen a few bloggers do posts about this beauty brand called I Love. It's basically a brand which sells all different products like body butter and bath products in some really sweet scents. The brand has a good range of products to choose from and can be found in stores like Boots and Superdrug. Some of the scents in their product range include coconut and strawberry.
I decided to try some products from the brand as they sounded awesome. The products are not expensive too which is a bonus.
The products I got were:
Raspberry And Blackberry - Body Butter, Bath And Shower Creme, Super Soft Hand Lotion
Chocolate Truffle - Body Butter, Refreshing Body Spritzer
Tropical Paradise - Body Butter, Bath And Shower Creme
The Body Butters come in good sized tubs. The packaging does remind me a lot of the Body Shop Body Butters, think they are about the same size too. These have quite a strong scent to them, which isn't at all overpowering. The texture is quite heavy and thick, unlike the Body Shop ones. I liked to apply these ones in the evening before I went to bed as I did like to let them sink into the skin overnight. Out of all of the Body Butters, I liked Tropical Paradise best. For some reason the Raspberry And Blackberry one had a different scent to the other products I got with the same scent. The Body Butter seemed to have more of a strawberry scent to it.
I really liked the Raspberry And Blackberry Hand Lotion, the scent was amazing and it felt nice on the hands too. I don't like greasy feeling hand cremes and this one didn't feel at all greasy. I wasn't too fussed on the Chocolate Truffle Body Spritzer as I wasn't a fan of the scent. It didn't smell that chocolaty to me, which is strange as the Body Butter with the same scent smelt fab.
The Bath And Shower Cremes were fantastic. I have only really used them as bubble bath and haven't really bothered with them in the shower. Both have amazing scents to them and I can't really pick a favorite out of them both.
I really liked the scents. Tropical Paradise and Raspberry And Blackberry had to be my favorite. Tropical Paradise reminds me of the summer while Raspberry And Blackberry smells really nice and sweet. The scents do sort of have an artificial scent to them, especially the Chocolate Truffle. Out of them all Tropical Paradise is probably the most natural smelling scent.
For the price you can't go wrong and I do recommend trying out this brand.

Lush Mistletoe Bath Bomb
After Christmas I had a look in the Lush sale. There wasn't many items left as most of them had sold out before Christmas. I did find a few items I liked and one of them was the Mistletoe Bath Bomb. I love my bath bombs and haven't tried this one before. New bath bombs to try are always a bonus, especially if they are half price. Mistletoe is a pink and turquoise color with this really nice pattern on it.
As soon as it is dropped into the water the color show starts to begin. I love a colorful bath bomb and this one is no exception. The pink and turquoise start to fizz away and move around the water. Halfway through, purple starts to appear to create it's own color effect and patterns. I just loved the colors that appeared in the water, it really was amazing to look at. Mistletoe is scented with jasmine and felt really relaxing in the tub.
This one was limited edition for Christmas and has now sold out.

Lush Festive Friends Gift Set
Since Christmas, I've been posting about all of the Lush gift sets I got. I've enjoyed using them all and this post is going to be about another set I got. It's called Festive Friends and features Butterbear Bath Bomb, The Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar and Father Christmas Bath Bomb.
Butterbear Bath Bomb
This one has been released before and I'm pretty sure I have written about it a while back so I won't go into a lot of detail. Although this one doesn't have the color effects that a lot of Lush bath bombs do, this one changes the water a cloudy color and has a really nice scent of vanilla to it. It also looks super cute too.
The Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar
This one must be the cutest Lush product. I think it even looks cuter than Butterbear. It came out last year too and I think the year before. Crumble it under running water to create loads of bubbles.
Father Christmas Bath Bomb
This one returns from previous years too and is the most colorful bath bomb in this set. As soon as it's dropped into the water, the pink and white start fizzing before green starts to appear from within. This one eventually turns your water this really awesome green color, along with a fantastic sweet scent.
This is another great gift set from Lush. If you love anything cute and anything for the bath, this gift set is perfect.

Lush Santa In Space
For Christmas, I got quite a few Lush gift sets and one of them was called Santa In Space. This one is great as the products come in this really awesome tin that you can reuse and put different things in. The artwork on the tin looks great too. It's basically Santa in a space ship. Hence the name - Santa in space.
So you're probably wondering what is in this set. There was Santa Fun, Twilight Shower Gel, Big Bang Bubble Bar, Intergalactic Bath Bomb and Northern Lights Bath Bomb. Some of the products are re releases from last year as well as some old favorites that haven't been seen in quite some time.
Santa Fun
This is exactly what the product is, fun. I've used fun before and it's basically play doh for the bath. You can use it as bubble bath, shampoo, shower gel or soap. This one is called Santa and has all the colors you need to be able to make your own Santa. I had a lot fun making mine and in no time at all he dissapeared into the bath. We will have to wait until he reappears later this year.
Twilight Shower Gel
This product is exclusive to the set, it can't be bought separately any more. I think this one was available as a product on it's own a few years ago but has been discontinued. The Kitchen has been known to bring products back, so if you love this product it is a good idea to keep checking The Kitchen. This one is a really nice dark purple color and has the scent of lavender and sweet tonka.
Big Bang Bubble Bar
This one has reappeared again from last year and is one of my favorites from the Christmas collection. To use just crumble it under running water and let the bubbles appear. This one creates plenty of bubbles and changes the water a really awesome blue color. It has quite a citrus scent to it and also has the bonus of feeling really moisturizing too, thanks to the avocado butter.
Northern Lights Bath Bomb
This one is an old favorite from a few years back and I'm glad Lush have decided to re release it. It's not shaped like a regular bath bomb and is really brightly colored with purple, yellow and blue. When a bath bomb is this colorful to look at, it really does make you wonder what it will look like in the water. As soon as it's dropped into the bath the colors start to appear right away. The purple starts to fizz giving off the awesome color in the water. Blue and yellow then start to fizz away in all different directions. The color show is just amazing, along with the scent of jasmine and ylang ylang.
Intergalactic Bath Bomb
This one like Northern Lights is super colorful. Unlike the other items this one is available all year round and isn't a Christmas bath bomb. I've written about it before on here so I'm not going to go into a lot of detail about it. The color show is just awesome and another bonus is, it actually has popping candy in it that makes the most amazing sound in the bath.

Lush Christmas Candy Box
The Christmas Candy Box from Lush is another fantastic gift set I got for Christmas. As you can guess from the name it's full of Lush goodies with a really sweet scent to them. In this one are Rock Star Soap, Snow Fairy Shower Gel, Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb and Candy Mountain Bubble Bar. I've used a few of these products before and if you are a fan of the very popular Snow Fairy or love Lush's sweet scented goodies, this gift set will be right up your street.
Rock Star Soap
This is one item from the gift set and probably the only one that is available all year around. It's shaped like a star and has a really nice creamy feel to it when it lathers up. It says on the Lush website that it has a nostalgic scent of seaside rock along with vanilla absolute. I just love the sweet scent of this soap, it really is tempting to eat it.
Candy Mountain Bubble Bar
This is one of those old Lush Christmas favorites. I've used this one a couple of times and it literally leaves a mountain of bubbles in the bath. It also has the scent of candy and leaves the water a really nice pink color.
Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb
The Luxury Lush Pud is my all time favorite Christmas bath bomb from Lush. It has come out a couple of Christmasses and every time I always have to get myself a few to stock up on. I've reviewed this one on here before, and every time I use it I have to take a photo because it looks so amazing. Once dropped into the water it makes the most amazing color effects.
Snow Fairy Shower Gel
This Christmas classic is back again this year and features in this gift set. The sweet bubblegum scent is loved by many and is an old Christmas favorite. This one is so popular it appears in other gift sets too. Last year I got the big 1L bottle of it and I still haven't finished it. You can't beat this small bottle of it as it's great to stock up on.
This is a really amazing gift set from Lush and one I have enjoyed using. Did Santa bring you any gift sets from Lush this year?

Lush Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb
Christmas is almost here and i've been checking out the new Lush Christmas collection. There are a few products from last year, but also quite a few more. I just love bath bombs and a new one I decided to check out is called Shoot For The Stars.
This one is a bright blue color with gold stars. This one looked awesome, I just love the color and was really looking forward to putting it in the bath.
This one is a really fast working bath bomb. As soon as you drop it into the bath it starts fizzing really fast and changes your water blue right away. The blue starts to swirl around and make all different patterns along with giving the water a nice shimmer too. The shimmer just reminds me of a starry night sky. Halfway into it fizzing the gold stars start to appear in the water.
I just love this bath bomb, especially the gold stars. The stars are really creamy to feel and I liked too rub these into my skin as they were very moisturizing. As soon as this one starts fizzing it fills the room with the most amazing scent of orange and bergamot.
This is one amazing bath bomb and great for this time of year. Unfortunately it is limited edition for Christmas.

Lush Never Mind The Ballistics Bath Bomb
It's that time of year again when Lush releases it's Christmas collection. I always look forward to this collection as the products are amazing and you never know what new things Lush will bring out. This year they have released a new bath bomb called Never Mind The Ballistics.
This one is colored yellow and red and has scents of lime, orange oil and peach. If you love citrus scents, then you will love this bath bomb.
For this one to completely fizz, it took just under 5 minutes. As soon as I dropped it into the water the yellow started to fizz, followed not long after by the red. The more it fizzed it began to swirl around to water to create a pattern in the water.
I just love Lush bath bombs as they do create some awesome patterns in the water. It also contains cocoa butter and fresh bananas to soften the skin.
This one is great as not only do the colors look awesome, but scent reminds me of summer.

Miss Patisserie Box Of Bath Balls
In the Miss Patisserie blogger event on Saturday I decided to grab a box of bath balls. I love bath balls as they make some really awesome color effects in the bath. I've used quite a few of the ones from Miss Patisserie before and I noticed some brand new ones too. You an buy them individually or you can have a box of four. The ones I decided to get were Unicorn Hoof, Kyoto, Limelight and Pink Pepper.
Unicorn Hoof
Colored with blue, pink and yellow, you can tell that this one is bound to give a really colorful bath just by looking at it. It's not your standard bath ball shape either and does seem to look a bit smaller at first. Looks can be deceiving though as once dropped into the water it does give an amazing show of color. The colors appear right away and while the blue stays constantly in the middle, yellow and pink swirl out around the water. The more it fizzes the more effects there are. In the pink and blue a marble sort of pattern appears. Towards the end the bath ball splits in two with pink and yellow doing their own thing. The scent of this one is sweet blossom and peach.
Kyoto
This is another colorful one and unlike Unicorn Hoof this one works very fast. As soon as it is dropped in the bath, lilac and purple fizz and bubble, creating their own patterns. Halfway through, some blue starts to appear to create a really unique effect. Words cannot describe how amazing this one is. It has a floral scent to it too with peach blossom, orchid and honeysuckle.
Limelight
Although not as colorful as Unicorn Hoof and Kyoto, this one still manages to deliver some color. Once dropped in the water, it starts to foam green before some pink gradually appears. Scented with lime and tiare flower, this is one of those medium speed bath balls, it's not fast like Kyoto but not very slow either. Halfway through, the green and pink foam begins to swirl and create its own pattern. Before it finishes fizzing the ball separates in two - pink/green and pink/yellow.
Pink Pepper
This is the least colorful out of the four and doesn't really have any amazing color effects. Once dropped into the water it immediately turns your water a bright pink color. As color goes, that is all this one really does. I would say this one is more of a scent experience rather than color. As soon as it is dropped the room is filled with this most amazing scent of pepper, vanilla and musk. It's a great scent at the end of the day as it is nice and warming. Pink Pepper also comes with this flower that floats around the water once it starts fizzing.
This is another great selection of bath balls and I enjoyed using them all. My favorite out of them all had to be Kyoto as the colors looked amazing.
