ELF Breezy Blue Pigment Eyeshadow

I've always found ELF's pigment eyeshadows to be quite good. The color has always been really intense and the pigment amazing. Breezy Blue is described as a jewel tone navy blue satin shimmer. As this is a pigment it can be quite messy because it is a loose pigment. To use I get a small amount and put it in the lid, that way it stops me dropping the actual pigment on the floor and causing a mess. It does come with an applicator, although I never used it, always prefer my brushes.

The color payoff with this pigment is fab and the color payoff amazing. A small amount goes a long way with this color, it didn't take me long to get it intense. It didn't have a dry texture either on the eyes and built up nicely. I'm guessing this color could be blended with other colors, although I wore it on its own. Once it was on it stayed on all day and didn't crease or fade. I love blue eyeshadows and loved how intense this color was.
