MAC Jeremy Scott Palette

When it comes to makeup I love bright colors which is why I bought the Jeremy Scott Eyeshadow Palette from MAC. This one looks like a boom box and has 29 colors to choose from. If you love colors that stand out then this palette is definitely up your street. I like how the colors are grouped, all blue shades are together as well as all the purple ones. This makes it much easier to create the look you want.

All colors were very pigmented and blended nicely. My favorites were the purples, pinks and blues.

 

Kat Von D Lolita Palette

I always love a good sale and last year in Debenhams on the Kat Von D counter were a load of products reduced. I love my eyeshadow so decided to get the Lolita palette. It features 8 colors in pink shades, perfect if like me, you love to create looks that stand out.

I don't go for the natural look so used the lighter colors as base colors. I really liked to build the colors up and blend them into each other to create an intense look. Even though these were mattes, they didn't feel at all dry and blended nicely. They were super pigmented too so I didn't need to use a lot to get them to show up.

Revolution Tammi Tropical Palette

If you love bright colors, then the Tammi Tropical palette from Revolution will be a must have for you. It features 18 really bright colors in a mix of matte and shimmer. 

The colors in this one really stand out and the pigment is great. 

I had a lot of fun playing with the colors in this one as I love anything really bright that stands out. The pink, purple and blue shades were my favorite. 

Halloween Looks With I Heart Revolution

This Halloween, I Heart Revolution brought out two new chocolate bar palettes full of colors guaranteed to stand out. 

I love Halloween as this is the time of year when you see lots of crazy makeup looks.

I had a lot of fun with these two palettes called Blood and Slime. These are not gory makeup looks but instead really colorful ones guaranteed to get you noticed.

I really liked both palettes and there was plenty of pigment in both, plus the colors blended nicely. Out of the two Slime was my favorite.

Chocolate Bar Palettes From I Heart Revolution

If you love anything really fun and cute then you will love I Heart Revolution's range of Chocolate Bar Makeup Palettes. Over the years quite a few of these have been brought out and they just get even better. 

The packaging has been improved since these were first brought out and I really like how the brand has moved on from those plastic inserts with the colors written on them to actually putting the color names on the palette.

From natural, to colors that really stand out, there is a palette to suit all tastes.

It was hard picking a favorite out of all them. I really enjoyed playing with the colors in them all. If I have to pick which one I liked best it has to between Red Velvet, Turkish Delight and Sprinkles.
