If pink and berry shades are more your thing then you will definitely like Urban Decay's Naked Cherry palette. Part of the Naked range of eyeshadow palettes, this one features 12 colors in a mix of mattes and shimmers.
I got this palette for Christmas and I just love the color choice in it. These are just the sort of colors I like to wear.
The brush in the palette is just amazing, it makes blending really easy. Like all other Naked palettes the pigment in this one is fantastic, as well as the colors being very blendable.
My favorite colors were the darker pinks.

Urban Decay Naked Cherry Highlight And Blush Palette
I'm a big fan of Urban Decay and love seeing them bring out new collections and products. Last year they brought out the Naked Cherry palette along with other cherry themed products. I really liked the look of the Naked Cherry Highlight And Blush Palette as the colors in it are amazing.
It features three different colors - two highlight and one blush. These are just the sort of colors I enjoy wearing so this palette was a must for me.
Every color is very pigmented and they all go on really nice and smooth. The highlighters can we worn on their own or both colors at once. My favorite way to wear them was to layer them on top of each other. Whichever way you wear them they will give your skin this amazing glow.
I just love this palette and have put it on my list of my favorite products to use.

Urban Decay Kristen Leanne Lipsticks
A while ago Urban Decay brought out a Kristen Leanne makeup collection featuring products such as eyeshadow and lipsticks. A few months ago I got myself the eyeshadow palette and loved it, the colors were so bright and right up my street. The lipsticks did unfortunately sell out and I was unable to get them.
The other week I was IMATS and I stopped by at Urban Decay. I was in luck that day, as they had a few items from the collection for sale, including those lipsticks that I had wanted. I took no time at all in getting them and I'm glad I did as the colors are amazing. The two I got were Cloud9 (Bright Purple, Comfort Matte) and Spellbound (Dark Purple, Mega Matte). They also came in this awesome purple pink limited edition packaging too.
I'm not too sure about the differences in finishes with the lipsticks. Both are matte but are different sorts of matte - comfort and mega. Even though they are both mattes they don't feel at all dry and stay on my lips feeling comfortable all day. I found the pigment in them was amazing and they glided nicely on my lips too.
I just loved the look of them on my lips too as they looked amazing. The color really stood out. I liked Cloud9 best out of the two.

Urban Decay Kristen Leanne Kaleidoscope Dream Palette
I do love it when Urban Decay release a limited edition collection. The other month I was shopping and noticed some new limited edition products from the brand including this amazing eyeshadow palette. This one was right up my street as it was full of bright colors that I love to wear.
The brand have collaborated with Kristen Leanne to bring a small limited edition collection with items such as palettes and lipstick. The palette I loved was called Kaleidoscope Dream. In it are 11 shades which really stand out. Lovers of color will really be spoilt with this one.
With so many amazing colors to choose from it did get a bit tricky deciding how to wear them. I created a few different looks from this palette by blending the colors together. As usual for Urban Decay the pigment is very intense and blending is extremely easy, plus there is no creasing either as the colors stay on all day too.
Here are some of the looks I created.
I enjoyed having fun with the colors in this palette and my favorites had to be the gold, blue and purple. If like me you love color then you really need to get yourself this palette. I got mine at the Urban Decay store for £28.00.

New Pink Lipsticks I Have Tried
Pink or pink purple is my must have lipstick color. The other week when I was shopping I decided to get some new products to add to my collection. I stopped at NARS, NYX and Urban Decay and found some colors that I just loved. Here is what I bought.
My first stop was Urban Decay and I noticed that they still had a lipstick from last year's Jean Michel Basquiat collection. I loved this collection when I saw it as the packaging was super creative and the colors on offer were just amazing. From that collection I bought the two eyeshadow palettes, but didn't get any lipsticks.
The color I got is called Exhibition is is this awesome medium pink purple color and has a comfort matte finish. I love how they packaging is themed to the collection too. The pigment is just insane and glides on easily. It may be a matte but doesn't actually feel like a matte. I do like the Urban Decay Comfort Matte finish.
NYX Super Cliquey Lipstick
At NYX I decided to get one of their Super Cliquey Lipsticks. I've seen these every time I have gone past the NYX counter and have always wanted to try them. They have a matte finish to them and come in a range of colors. They actually look like a marker pen and instead of twisting them like regular lipsticks, you press the bottom and the color comes up. The color I got is called Chain Reaction and is a bright berry color.
They have a good amount of pigment in them but can be drying and a bit uncomfortable to wear. The dryness can be avoided if you put a lip balm on first, but even then they can still feel a bit dry. They do manage to stay on for most of the day.
NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil
At John Lewis, I stopped by the NARS counter and got one of their Velvet Matte Lip Pencils in the color Pussy Control which is a lilac shade. I tried these lip pencils some time ago and thought they were very good. They are more like a lip crayon and are very pigmented. Even though they are a matte they glide on very smoothly to your lips and stay on for most of the day too.
I've really liked wearing these colors as they look great on. If you love these sorts of shades, then you should get them too.

Urban Decay Vice Metal Meets Matte Lipstick Palette
Lipstick palettes are that one product I wish more brands would release. Almost every brand brings out an eyeshadow palette but when it comes to lipstick palettes not a lot of brands bring them out. Last year Urban Decay released a lipstick palette called Vice Metal Meets Matte. Santa actually brought me this at Christmas and I have loved using it.
The packaging is very nice and hardwearing and inside are 12 different lipsticks in a range of different finishes. The colors are protected by a plastic cover that opens which says 'Lipstick is my vice.' Another bonus is the really good quality retractable lip brush that is included.
The great thing about this palette is there are a wide range of colors to suit everyone from neutral to dramatic. The palette is also very compact too meaning you can carry it around with you and isn't at all heavy.
I like neutrals when wearing a dark eyeshadow, although I am a fan of lipsticks that do stand out. If like me you love your color, this palette is definitely for you as you will love colors such as CSB, Shallow and Spark. For the fan of neutrals, Amulet, Tame, Backtalk and Fast Talk will definitely suit you.
I wasn't a fan of the glossy lip colors in this palette. Fortunately there are more non glossy than glossy. I loved Big Bang as a color, but didn't like the glossy finish. My favorite color had to be Shallow.
The non gloss finish lipsticks do stay on for quite some time and are very comfortable to wear. The gloss ones probably do stay on for a while but I didn't keep them on long enough to see.

Urban Decay Heavy Metals Palette
I put quite a few things on my list to Santa this year. One of them was the Urban Decay Heavy Metals Palette. On Christmas Day when I opened my presents I saw that Santa had delivered me this palette, which I was very happy about.
The Heavy Metals Palette was released for the Holiday season and features 20 colors all in shimmer shades. In this palette there is a good mix of colors. On one side there are colors such as blue and green. On the other side neutrals such as brown and bronze.
This one opens a bit different to other eyeshadow palettes. The palette actually slides out of the packaging, some people may not like the design, but I think it is great. With Heavy Metals, I am actually spoilt for choice when it comes to the colors. I love bright colors that really stand out and the one side of the palette offers an amazing choice.
All colors are very pigmented, have a nice soft texture and blend together nicely. I liked to use the paler shades as base colors, as well as highlighters. Once on they didn't fade or crease either.
As for favorite colors mine definitely has to be the brights. I loved playing with the colors and blending them together to create different looks.

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick - Twitch
I've been wanting to try Urban Decay's Vice lipsticks for a while after seeing them launch some time ago. The Vice lipstick collection is huge and features every color of lipstick imaginable in various different finishes. I'm loving purple as a color on the lips so I was naturally drawn to this purple colored lipstick called Twitch. It's more accurately described as a soft purple with a blue undertone.
Twitch has this awesome creamy finish to it which applies to the lips like a dream. As my lips are quite dry this one doesn't dry them out at all and looks good on too. It stays on for pretty much all day too, only had to reapply it a bit later on in the day.
This is one of my favorite colors to wear on my lips and I want to try the other Vice lipsticks that Urban Decay has brought out.
Have you tried the Vice lipsticks?
