MAC For Harrods Palette

On Saturday I was shopping in Harrods and noticed on the MAC counter a limited edition Harrods eyeshadow palette. Last year MAC released a Harrods lipstick palette and I was told that they didn't have many eyeshadow palettes left as they were selling out. The palette features 15 colors in a mix of mattes and shimmers. All of the colors are more neutral shades and look amazing. I just love the limited edition packaging too. It's gold and has a picture of Harrods on the front. This one was £49.50.




If you love your more natural colors this palette will be perfect for you. Although for people like me who love something more dramatic, there are definitely colors you will love too. My favorites to use were the darker browns, greys and black shades. The paler shimmery colors worked really well as base colors or highlighters. 

 The colors had a good amount of pigment in them and had a nice workable texture. The matte shades weren't dry or powdery either. Some matte colors you find in eyeshadow palettes can be really dry, these ones weren't. 

 Another great thing about these colors is that once they were on they stayed on all day and didn't crease or fade. Overall this is just a fab palette, as it is limited edition I do recommend getting yourself to Harrods and buying this as soon as you can as they are selling out.

    I don't usually wear eyeshadow but these are the colours I would totally use!

    Mac is great isn't it, such intense colours.

    I used to work in one of the offices on the top floor of Harrods years ago.

    I didn't know harrods did any exclusive mac items. This is such a nice palette, nothing too scary looking in there colour wise x

    I love eyeshadows but haven't tried MACs yet! These colours look great. I love how they do unique collections with different collaborations.
