Sleek I Quad - Midnight Blues

Sleek's I Quads are a mini palette with three eyeshadows and a cream eyeliner. I always like Sleek makeup so decided to try these quads. Midnight Blues is a limited edition palette in blue shades. It features 2 eyeshadows and a cream/gel eyeliner. None of the eyeshadows are matte, and all have shimmer in them. The darkest blue is more of a glittery shimmer. The colors all have names in this palette - Dream A Little, Deep Sky, Smoke Lightening and High Octave.

All of the colors are lovely and dramatic and if you love your blues then this palette is definitely for you. I wore all three eyeshadows together and wore the eyeliner with them. I blended Dream A Little and Big Sky into each other while wearing Smoke Lightening on the lower lash line. All of the eyeshadows had plenty of pigment and gave crease free intense color. While Deep Sky and Smoke Lightening are shimmery, Dream A Little is more glittery. The texture of this one was a bit dry, but wasn't too much it was hard to work with. The other eyeshadows had really nice soft textures to them.

High Octave is the eyeliner, and is a deep blue color. It has a creamy texture to it. I always prefer cream/gel liners to liquid ones as I always find they are easier to use. I did have to apply this twice to get the color to show. Once it was on it was on and didn't need reapplying.

I really like these quads from Sleek as the pigments are fab and you can create a really nice look.
